I am passionate about experience. Achieving results and making things work is not nearly enough. Caring ownership is about the whole experience, how things work and what the results feel like. Experience happens between people, therefore I care about Inclusion, Equity and the Diversity of the people engaging. As a woman and a leader I am used to being both in the in-group and out-group and care for the difference it makes.
